Endometrial cancer, which originates in the lining of the uterus (endometrium), can present several symptoms. Common symptoms include:
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding:
- Postmenopausal bleeding
- Bleeding between periods
- Heavy menstrual bleeding
- Pelvic pain: Persistent pain or cramping in the lower abdomen or pelvis
- Pain during intercourse: Discomfort or pain during sexual activity
- Unusual vaginal discharge:
- Non-bloody discharge that may be watery or mixed with blood
- Unintended weight loss: Significant weight loss without trying
- Difficulty urinating or frequent urination: Feeling the need to urinate more often or experiencing pain during urination
