Lab: Conrad Russell Cruz, MD, PhD and Catherine Bollard, PhD
Research Focus: Cell therapy focused on developing treatments for cancer and opportunistic infections. Project involves genetic modification of innate immune cells as therapies for glioblastoma multiforme.
Lab: Weiqun Peng, PhD
Research Focus: Computational biology on gene regulation, including integrative anlysis of multi-omics data (including transcriptome, epigenome and 3d genome) to decipher gene regulatory network and development and application of novel analysis methodologies.
Lab: Maho Shibata, PhD
Research Focus: Prostate stem/progenitor cells and molecular mechanisms of prostate development and cancer using genetically engineered mouse models, explant cultures, and organoid culture systems.
Lab: Xiaoyan Zheng, PhD
Research Focus: Understanding how altered signaling in tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment can influence tumor progression.
