The Gynecological Oncology Clinical Program at the GW Cancer Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to women diagnosed with gynecologic cancers, including ovarian, uterine, cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancers. We also treat patients with pre-invasive diseases of the cervix, vulva or vagina; elevated tumor markers that warrant further diagnostic testing; or multiple risk factors, including a personal or family history of gynecological cancer, that merit risk counseling and screening services. We also offer specialty services like high-risk genetic counseling for hereditary ovarian and endometrial cancer cases, patient navigators, and social workers to help coordinate care. Our approach is centered around you. We listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and involve you in every step of your treatment journey.

Our multidisciplinary team includes renowned gynecologic oncologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and specialized nurses. This collaborative approach ensures that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their individual needs to deliver the best possible outcomes. Our program also provides patients access to specialized care for the skin-related side effects of treatment through our Supportive Oncodermatology Clinic, the first of its kind in the region.
