Dr. Hawley received a B.S. in Chemical Physics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada in 1979 and, after graduate studies at the Ontario Cancer Institute under the supervision of Dr. Nobumichi Hozumi, obtained his Ph.D. in Medical Biophysics from the University of Toronto in 1984.
