The Mindfulness and Meditation Group offers a supportive and welcoming space to explore tools for managing stress, anxiety, and the challenges of everyday life. Sessions include guided practices and simple techniques you can use at any time to build resilience, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance.
Open to patients, survivors, caregivers, medical professionals, and community members — all experience levels are welcome. Sessions are led by oncology social workers and provide both skill-building and a sense of connection with others.
