To access the GW MFA MyChart, go to mychart.gwdocs.com. MyChart is also available on the App Store and Google Play.
In MyChart you’ll be able to:
- View your medical records, including test results, visit summaries, medications, and immunizations
- Communicate securely with your care team by sending and receiving messages
- Request prescription refills without having to call your provider
